i am not a lonely little being on this great plane of existence. i am the unfolding of the universe, the force of God taking on its own form. i am the leaf that sprouts from the great tree of life, the essence of all that is – wrapped into a human-sized package.
like the water and minerals that travel through the tree and reach the tip of the leaf, only to drop back to where they came from. i hear the relentless beat of creation that rages as the blood flows through my veins.
i ask myself what home really is, and i remember;
it is my burning heart of the sea,
the song of my soul’s enduring ember

i am a first-generation Canadian immigrant, born in Venezuela. i have a BSc in psychology, and a psychotherapy student completing my master’s degree. i have always been a writer at heart, with a deep fascination for the complexity of the human experience, the nature of reality, and the presence of God in the cosmos.
